Shanghai, China - June 27, 2007 – QinIT, a US consulting firm specializing in providing strategic offshore IT and BPO services to China announced today the formation of a long-term, exclusive partnership with Shanghai Academy of Science and Technology (SAST), the IT and BPO governing body of Shanghai.

One of the key challenges for foreign companies aiming to offshore outsource their IT and/or BPO requirements to service providers in China is the market’s lack of transparency.
