Position: SAP Programmer Reports to: Project Manager Location: Shanghai, China

Description:

Support the US operations for the SD and LE modules in SAP Assist in production allocation when the SAP program fails to perform the allocation of product to a sales order Troubleshoot order, delivery, shipment and billing issues Assist in data loading for pricing and customer master data through the creations of CATTs Support the call center in the use of QuickFinder (secondary support) Support the call center, order management and finance in resolving credit card related issues Create user documentation Train users on new and existing processes Respond to help desk change request and service requests as they relate to the SD and LE modules of SAP

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an Information Technology focus Five (5) years SAP experience with specific expertise in the SD and LE modules Excellent communication and documentation skills Highly organized and analytical Attention to details Customer-service orientation Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution
