Position: IT Director
Reports to: Vice President of IT

| Description: |

 |
Provide administrative direction and supervision to subordinate staff across multiple disciplines. |
 |
Develop, implement, and evaluate operations, programs, policies, procedures, strategies, and goals in assigned areas of responsibility. |
 |
Initiate collaboration with internal departments to promote organizational effectiveness. |
 |
Participate and/or serve on a variety of committees, meetings, task forces, and/or other related groups to secure advocacy and influence support for programs and ideals. |
 |
Research, analyze, and make recommendations for cost effective improvements in operations. |
 |
Design, administer, and evaluate programs and services. |
 |
Negotiate and administer contracts and agreements for professional services. |
 |
Develop and administer budget for assigned areas of responsibilities. |

| Requirements: |
|
 |
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience. |
 |
Seven or more years of professional managerial experience, including three years of supervisory experience. |
 |
Experience working in a large, matrix corporate environment. |
 |
Extensive knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, SAP, Manugistics, and APICS. |
 |
Management and leadership principles. |
 |
Program development and implementation principles. |
 |
Project management principles. |
 |
Ability to apply advanced level skill in procedures, techniques, and tools related to: |

Providing leadership. |
 |
Analyzing and developing policies and procedures. |
 |
Managing consultant contracts. |
 |
Managing change and sensitive topics. |
