Work with clients to facilitate information flow to development team |
|
Gather specific user friendly screen requirements to customize solutions for clients |
|
Ensure that the applications follow the internal business process flow to limit the amount of existing staff re-training |
|
Pull together information from clients and communicate updates, changes and modifications to development team |
|
Document technical changes and provide report updates to upper management |
|

| Requirements: |

|
Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields |
|
Case development, case modeling and web portal experience |
|
Excellent spoken and written communications skills |
|
Customer service orientation |
|
Highly organized and detail oriented |
|
Ability to track, prioritize and facilitate issue resolution |

Good documentation skills |

Technical writing ability |

Capability to keep accurate notes |
